I’m not used to walking, much less doing it at 6:30 in the morning. My calves were on fire.
I got up at 5:30 on this, the third International Day of Awesomeness to walk around Forsyth Park with Murray and Tom. I think this could become a regular thing.

Doesn’t it look lovely? 20 minutes until we can eat it! It’s a lovely recipe from my pal Murray. It slow rises over 18 hours and then gets thrown in a dutch oven in a 450-degree oven. It ends up a lot like a French boule - bit air pockets, super crunchy crust… it was heavenly. We just wolfed down half of it!
